The success of the Centre Grey Hospital campaign is ongoing. But so is the challenge of keeping “Quality Care Close to You”. Hospital staff and local residents count on our annual fundraising campaign to help the hospital keep its medical equipment and technology up to date. We welcome gifts to our annual equipment fundraising campaign as well as to the hospital campaign.

In previous years, a new ultrasound machine, a colonoscope, and a vital signs monitor, have been supported by the annual equipment campaign. With over 16,000 annual emergency room visits alone, you can be sure that your donation will help local residents and visitors every day.

Read the “Donate on-line” section below to make a one-time or monthly donation on-line using your credit card (make sure the form reads “Equipment Fund”); or just call the Foundation office at (519) 986-3040 ext. 6178 and we can take your information over the phone.

The Centre Grey Health Services Foundation has registered with CanadaHelps.org, a Canadian charitable organization that enables us to accept secure on-line donations to the Foundation.

To make a donation on line, follow the link to our page at CanadaHelps.org. Click on the “Donate Now” or “Donate Monthly” link at the top right of our page. You will receive a tax receipt via email for your donation. You can use the pull down box on the donation page to indicate if your gift is for the equipment fund or Hospital Campaign

All cheques should be made payable to: Centre Grey Health Services Foundation. The Foundation is an independent, legally incorporated local organization with charitable registration number: 89063 40325 RR0001

Donations in Memory

Make a donation in memory of someone; acknowledgements can be sent from the Foundation office at your request; cards are available at the Foundation office.

Donations as a Gift

Donation gift cards are available at the Foundation office; make a donation in lieu of a gift for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasion.

Other ways to donate

You can also make gifts of stocks, bonds, insurance policies, or make arrangements for the Hospital in your will. Please call the Foundation office (519) 986-3040, Ext. 6178 for more information if you wish to donate in one of these ways.
