Make a Donation Centre Grey Health Services Foundation (CGHSF) operates two main fundraising programs. 1. The General Fund exists primarily to meet our Hospital’s most urgent equipment needs on an immediate or short-term basis. 2. Planned Giving is about planning for the future, ensuring that we can continue to meet new demands for many years to come. The General Fund: Hospital staff, residents of Centre Grey and visitors to the area count on our General Fund to help Centre Grey Hospital keep its medical equipment and technology up to date. Items such as a new ultrasound machine, colonoscope, vital signs monitor and operating room table could not have been acquired without our community’s support of the annual equipment campaign. We gratefully welcome gifts to our General Fund. Yearly equipment commitments are currently in excess of $150,000 and growing steadily. Your gift is critically important in helping maintain the capacity of our hospital to provide first-class health care to the Centre Grey community.

How to Donate

Donations can be made by mail or telephone, on-line, in person at the Foundation office and at the admitting desk at Centre Grey Hospital when the Foundation office is closed. Click here to print out our donation form.

On-line Donations

Centre Grey Health Services Foundation is registered with CanadaHelps.org which enables us to accept secure on-line donations. To make a donation, follow the link to our page at CanadaHelps.org. Click on the Donate Now or the Donate Monthly link. You will receive a tax receipt via email for your donation.

How to Support the General Fund

• Make a donation in memory of a friend or family member.
• Give in honour of a special person or a special occasion - birthday, retirement, anniversary, or any other occasion that you wish to commemorate.
• Make a general donation
• Support our annual Light for Life Christmas appeal in November and December.
• Participate in community events sponsored by the Foundation. Have a great time while supporting our local hospital!
• Give through the CKNX Health Care Heroes Radiothon on the third Saturday of October. (Listen to 101.7 FM “The One” or CKNX 920 AM for more details.)
