On March 6th the staff and students at Macphail Memorial Elementary School hosted a PJ’s and Pennies Fundraising event in support of the Great, Humongous Hospital Penny and Change Drive for Centre Grey Health Services Foundation.

As always, the Macphail Tiger Spirit was amazing and a total of 33 litres of pennies and change were collected for this very worthwhile community partnership. What a cozy, kind and caring way to kick off March Break! A very impressive grand total of $1,213 was raised, which will go towards the cost of hospital equipment at Centre Grey Hospital in Markdale – way to go Tigers!
